I have no idea how this place only has 3.7 stars on Yelp. It is mostly takeout but can dine in as well - Authentic, fresh, amazing tabbouleh, fattoush and fresh juices. My friends and I go every single time were in town.

It has been over 9 years since I was in the Detroit area and able to try this place again. It is just as good as I remember it. The place was empty when I arrived but that did not deter me from ordering some of my favorite items. I was greeted warmly by a gentleman who may have been the owner. He was very pleasant to talk to and very helpful as I tried to remember items I wanted to order from several years back. The chicken was tender and flavorful in the sandwich. I added lettuce and tomato for extra textureand taste. The crushed lentil soup was hot and delicious with a hint of lemony flavor. The falafel was crispy on the outside and paired well with the Tahini and extra garlic sauce I ordered on the side. Definitely recommend trying this hidden gem out if you are in the area.
Cedar Garden is a little gem in downtown St Clair Shores. I've been here quite a few times, and love everything they have to offer. It's a large location, and they have a huge menu, but even though the menu is huge, all the items come out hot, and super fresh. What's even better is that the food is relatively inexpensive too!
